What do you think of this quote?:
“Every interaction, in any form, is branding.” ~ Seth Godin
For me, I love how it emphasises the aspect interaction. How we interact with those we lead matters. If we interact in an authentic way, they are more likely to get to know, like and trust us. The 'know, like trust' principle is commonly used in marketing and represents the journey a potential client takes before they buy from you or seek your services.
Your colleagues will embark on a similar journey with you until they reach a stage where they can trust you, and work with you to achieve your shared goals and vision.

A helpful starting point to get you thinking about your brand is to reflect on these questions. Find some quiet time for this (write down your answers, read them out loud to yourself then see what comes up for you):
What are my personal core values?
What is my life mission statement?
What is the vision for my life?
Have fun!
