I have three rules that I encourage my clients to follow. They're actually self-care reminders that they can apply on their coaching journey and in their everyday lives.
Here's the second: BE SELF-COMPASSIONATE.
Self-compassion means:
Being less judgemental of yourself when things don't turn out the way you expect. Perhaps you invested a lot of time and effort into a project that didn't suceed, or failed to meet a target.
Not shaming and blaming yourself, but rather choosing to be accountable (taking responsiblity for your actions).
Staying focused on the present moment and moving forward from a place of wisdom, having learned a lesson from your fall/mistake.
